About Us
The ETHEL Undergraduate Research Journal—Excellence, Transformation, Honor, Equity, and Leadership—was established to provide undergraduate students with a platform to share their research with the broader community and to give them a voice and a purpose. Recognizing the need for an inclusive platform at UNC Charlotte, ETHEL highlights work from across disciplines, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and showcasing the diversity of student scholarship. Through written publications and podcasts, ETHEL empowers students to make a meaningful impact and carry their work forward into future academic and professional opportunities.
